As 2021 and another year living with the coronavirus pandemic draws to a close I wanted to wish you happy New Year.
2021 has been another busy year for me because I have been completing my youth leadership journey.
I have had the opportunity to interview some high profiled people within the footballing world.
These have been once in a lifetime opportunities is and ones that I will never forget.
My highlight of 2021 was being named the FA and McDonald’s Rising star of the year for 2021.
This award nomination came as a bit of a shock as I have only supported young people to be heard because that is what I am passionate about.
I have had a year to remember for so many different reasons and I will now take some time over the next few weeks to reflect on this year.
I am so excited for 2022 because we have the Commonwealth Games coming to England and I’m excited to have tickets for games.
Some people might ask if this year has been stressful for myself but in actual fact it hasn’t because I’ve kept myself busy.
I know that this blog is relatively short but I understand that a lot of my readers will be busy preparing for the New Year celebrations.
All that is left for me to say is happy New Year and all the best to my readers for 2022.
