July marks Disability pride month and I wanted to celebrate by writing a blog about what it is like living with Cerebral Palsy.
I’m in a wheelchair because I was born at 25 weeks and weighed just half a bag of sugar at birth.
Despite having a disability and being a wheelchair I try a live life to the full in the best way that I can.
During in disability pride month this year I have been attempting to deliver a message to the community about young people having the right to be heard.
It is vital that young people with disabilities are given the opportunity to be heard by those who have the power to make key decisions on there behalf.
I never had this opportunity growing up so I have made it my mission to ensure that all young people with disabilities in 2022 have that opportunity.
The disabled community have the right to be proud of who we are and what we do.
I will continue to spread my message far and wide across the United Kingdom for years to come.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of my readers and followers for taking time out of your busy schedules to read my latest blog post.
