A Comedian with Cerebral Palsy comes to Hereford

A comedian who has Cerebral Palsy visited the Courtyard in Hereford on Saturday the 11th of March.

Rosie Jones started touring England with her Triple Threat show on the 3rd of March when she visited Birmingham

Rosie visited theatres in Birmingham, Leicester, Cardiff and Guilford before heading to beautiful Hereford.

She headed to theatres in New Milton and Canterbury after leaving Hereford and these shows take place at the end of March.

Ms Jones continues her tour in April,May and June by heading to theatres in Reading, Crawley, Cambridge, Maidstone, Swindon, Bath and Manchester just to name a few.

Rosie had me in stitches from the word get go and this was exactly what I was expecting from her show so I was delighted.

There aren’t many comics who can take the p**s out of the condition that they have but Rosie is the exception.

I’ve loved watching Rosie on shows such as the last leg and casualty over the years since she became famous.

Rosie made reference to the fact that the Tory government have done the disabled community over for the last 10 or so years.

She also went out on to making reference about the fact that she doesn’t like being referred to as vulnerable and this is also something that I don’t like.

Having Cerebral Palsy is incredibly challenging at times and I feel more accepted now I’ve seen Rosie’s act in person.

I didn’t know what to expect when she started her Triple Threat show but I did know it was going to be risky at times.

Rosie also referred to her self as being a f**king idiot at times during her set especially when she managed to turn off the microphone that she was using.

I would definitely recommend seeing Rosie on her next tour because she definitely brought a smile to my face.

Please don’t refer to me as someone who’s vulnerable because I’m certainly not when it comes to having my own opinions and voice.

I know that this is another very short blog but I wanted to share with you my readers and followers what it was like seeing Rosie live.

I will end in my normal way by taking the opportunity to thank both my readers and followers for taking the time out of your busy schedules to read my latest blog.
