On Friday the 8th of July 2022 as I travelled to Cardiff from Hereford by train it was like being on a rollercoaster.
This was because there was no wheelchair spaces available on the service so I was forced to sit by the train doors.
This led to me being quite unstable as the train was moving along the line
At one point during the journey it felt like I was on a rollercoaster which was a horrible experience that I do not want to repeat any time soon.
On the return journey the following day I was able to get a wheelchair accessible space which made the journey much more bearable.
I don’t want any other wheelchair users to experience what I had to endure for one hour on Friday, the 8th of July 2022.
