Hopefully the conclusion of the 2026/27 Barclay’s Premier League season will be an exciting one for the boys in sky blue which will see them stay in the Barclay’s Premier League after securing promotion to the league from the Sky Bet Championship as winners at the conclusion of the 2025/26 campaign.
The first 5 league fixtures of the last campaign went exactly to plan with us picking up 9 points, compared to the last 5 of the season which saw the club from CV6 in Coventry pick up a total of 11 points.
To say that I am very excited for next season is a massive understatement because I am going to witness the sky blues being back in England’s top fight for the first time in 25 years.
In the last few minutes the league fixtures have dropped which will see City take on Arsenal in London on the opening night (August 21st) with them ending the campaign against Nottingham Forrest on May the 30th 2027.
City will take on Aston Villa at the CBS Arena on Saturday December the 12th with the return clash in Birmingham at the Villa Park being on Saturday April the 24th 2027.
Other notable fixtures that stand out on the list are the matches against Manchester City and Liverpool for the first time in 25 years on the 5th of September and Saturday January the 2nd 2027. respectively.
Boxing Day will see City host Chelsea at 15:00 and then they will start the next calendar year off by taking on Liverpool .at Anfield just after new year.
