Hopefully the conclusion of the 2026/27 Barclay’s Premier League season will see the boys in claret and blue both finish in the leagues top four position’s and qualify for another European competition, after winning the UEFA Europa League during the last campaign.
The first 5 league fixtures of the last campaign did not exactly go to plan with us only picking up 3 points, compared to the last 5 of the season which saw the club from B6 in Birmingham pick up a total of 7 points.
To say that I am very excited for next season is a massive understatement despite not being able to attend matches at Villa Park because of a number of factors including ticket prices and the lack of wheelchair bays within the stadium next season.
In the last few minutes the league fixtures have dropped which will see Villa take on Brighton and Hove Albion at the AMEX Stadium the opening weekend with them ending the campaign against Tottenham Hotspur at Villa Park on May the 30th 2027.
Villa will take on Coventry City at Villa Park on Saturday April the 24th 2027 with the return clash in Coventry at the CBS Arena being on Saturday December the 12th.
Other notable fixtures that stand out on the list are the matches against Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday November the 7th and May the 30th respectively.
Boxing Day will see Villa host Leeds United at 15:00 and then they will start the next calendar year off by facing AFC Bournemouth on January the 2nd at Vitality Stadium.
